As you know that TAN Registration is not mandatory for every business entity but those with an annual expenses of more than TDS/TCS threshold limit are required to take TAN Registration mandatorily. Remember this threshold limit of expenses varies from time to time. Although we know that if a business entity wants to take TAN registration in less than the threshold limit of the expenses then those can apply for TAN registration on a voluntary basis.
The main documents for TAN registration include a PAN card, Aadhaar Card, Address Proof of business, the constitution of the Business, Photographs, Mobile Number, and email ID.

Taxpayers should note that the New TAN registration Government fee is free. Therefore, you need not pay anything to Apply Online for registration.
We provide services in Zero Advance Pay Later basis but We charge ₹500 (Five Hundred) Only towards TAN Registration Service Charge Price. We do not claim any amount in advance. We charge our service charge after the generation of the TAN Registration Certificate. The TAN registration service charge price is fixed by the TaxMall head office, No branch of TaxMall can not charge more than ₹500 (Five Hundred) towards TAN Registration Service Charges.
The TAN Registration time Limit is 7 days but We usually take 3 Days to provide Online TAN Registration Certificate. As Increased the time period to approve the grant of registration to the applicant from ‘three’ working days to ‘seven’ from the date of submission of the application for the registration. Increased the time period for issue of notice in Form TAN REG-03 (Notice for Seeking Additional Information / Clarification / Documents relating to Application for (Registration/Amendment/Cancellation) from “three” working days to “seven” from the date of submission of the application.
As we know, the TAN registration process is now fully online, and a TAN number can be obtained by following the process:
Visit TAN Website: Go to the TAN website, www.TAN.gov.in, and select REGISTER.
Generate TRN: Fill out Part A of the registration form, providing details like your PAN, mobile number, and email. Verify the information using OTPs sent to your mobile and email to generate a TRN.
Complete Part B: Log back into the portal using the generated TRN. You will need to fill out the detailed application form (TAN REG-01), which has ten sections covering various business, promoter, and bank details.
Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of all the necessary documents, such as proof of business incorporation, address proof, bank details, and photographs of promoters and authorized signatories.
Aadhaar Authentication: You have the option to authenticate your Aadhaar. This can speed up the verification process and may remove the need for a physical verification of your business premises.
Submit and Verify: Submit the completed form using a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for companies and LLPs or an Electronic Verification Code (EVC) for other entities.
Get Your TANIN: After a successful application, the tax authorities will verify your submission. If approved, your TAN Identification Number (TANIN) will be generated, and you can download your registration certificate.
