Roles and Responsibilities

1. Accounts: Maintenance of books of accounts on the tally. ERP9. Preparation of vouchers (Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment,  Journal, Contra,  Debit Note, Credit Note, Stock Journal, Manufacturing Journal, Branch Transfer, etc.

2. GST:- Computation of  GST Tax Payable or Refundable, E-Payment, E-Return, Generation waybill & Statutory Required forms. 

3. TDS:  Computation of TDS payable, Payment (both online mode & hard copy payment mode), E-Return 24Q & 26Q, Generation of TDS certificate, Form 16 & 16A.

4. Professional Tax: - Monthly Computation of P.Tax Payable, Payment & Annual E- Return.

5. Income Tax:- Computation of Advance Tax Payable, Self Assessment Tax, E-Payment, E-Return    (IRT-6),  of Normal  & Tax Audit file.

6. ESI & EPF: - E-Challan Generations Cum E-Return.

7. Finalization of Balance Sheet as per Company Act 2013, Schedule-III.

8. Maintenance of Stock Register, Input Register, and Output Register. Fixed Assets Register, etc.

9. All types of banking works (Preparation of Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT/RTGS, Online Fund Transfer, Requisition of Bank statement, Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement, Monthly Stock statements to Bank, etc.

10. Report preparation in MS Excel, Word & Tally. 

11. Supporting in Internal Audit & Preparation of data for assessment of Income Tax, TDS, GST, Professional Tax, etc

12. Utilization of Financial Trackers for Tracking Outstanding and paid bills. Concentration on data management: Back up required soft data and hard copy.
